Manage or cancel subscriptions
Sam Suite subscriptions are managed centrally after signing in at login.sam-office.de: update payment details, download invoices, adjust the scope or cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. For all other subscriptions a short email is enough.
Invoices and payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your bank statement shows the charge under the name WIESCHER.
We are happy to answer questions about an invoice, the billing address or your VAT ID by email.
Digital products and books
Digital products are provided by email or as account access once payment is received. Books and printed products are shipped by post after payment.
If a delivery has not arrived or is damaged, please contact us with your order number.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable contract terms. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. You can request access, correction or deletion by email at any time.
