2. Accessing the website
Technically necessary connection data is processed when the website is delivered. This may include IP address, time, requested resource and browser information. Processing supports secure and functional delivery. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interests in operation, security and abuse prevention.
3. Contact
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps prior to entering into a contract or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We use Resend, a service provided by Plus Five Five, Inc. in the United States, for technical email delivery. This may involve processing personal data in the United States. The provider makes a data processing agreement and EU Standard Contractual Clauses available for possible international transfers. Which safeguards are required in a specific case depends on the configuration used and the actual processing. Please do not initially submit confidential documents or special categories of personal data through the form.
4. Display preference
With your consent, we save your light or dark appearance on your device in local browser storage (Local Storage, “wiescher-theme”). Without consent, your selection applies only to the current page. You can change or withdraw consent at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal removes the saved appearance. We store your privacy decision with a timestamp and version under “wiescher-consent” for 180 days, then ask again. These entries are not used for analytics or advertising.
5. No analytics or marketing trackers
The delivered version of this website does not use analytics, profiling or marketing services. External media is not loaded automatically.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or legal obligations. Enquiries are deleted after completion unless retention duties apply.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
